Bo Harrison

Bo has practiced with HG and its predecessor, Stephens, Millirons, Harrison | Gammons, since their inception. Bo’s primary areas of practice are real estate (both development and financing), and representing lenders, developers and builders. He represents a number of builders and developers in the acquisition, construction, leasing and sale of various commercial and residential properties. He also represents several financial institutions, principally in the areas of closing, securing and enforcing various types of loans and the subsequent resale of REO properties.
Bo’s other areas of practice include acting as a title agent for several title insurance companies, currently Chicago Title Insurance Company, Mississippi Valley/Old Republic Title Insurance Compamy, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Insurance Company. He has represented these companies both in working on local and national transactions and with several of them in resolving claims issues. A smaller portion of his practice is in representing numerous small businesses in their creation and operation. Additionally, he continues to help our clients in writing wills, trusts and probating estates.
In the community, Bo is the former attorney for the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors and the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service. He is a former Board Member of the Huntsville City Schools Foundation, serving as President; Hospice of Huntsville; Huntsville Madison County Botanical Gardens; Huntsville Metropolitan Kiwanis Club; and the Huntsville Madison County Builders Association, where he also served as Barrister. He is an active member of his church, where he has served in various positions and has been a longtime small group leader and Sunday School teacher. Bo resides in Huntsville with his wife, Doni.
