What to Expect

Using CertifID is simple. When it is time to transfer funds for your closing or transaction, here is what you can expect:

You Will Receive a Secure Request: You will get an email directly from the CertifID platform prompting you to begin the process. For your security, please know that our firm will not email you wiring instructions directly.

Verify Your Identity: Click the link in the email and follow the simple on-screen prompts. CertifID will ask you a few questions to confirm you are who you say you are. This process takes only a few minutes.

Access Your Secure Instructions: Once your identity is confirmed, you will gain access to the verified wiring instructions within the secure CertifID portal.

Transfer with Confidence: Use the instructions from the CertifID portal to make your wire transfer from your bank, knowing that it is protected and guaranteed.
