Dustin W. Kennemer
Attorney
Dustin is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a double major in Philosophy and History. He attended law school at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, where he was elected to the Editor-in-Chief position of the Jones Law Review. In addition, he received numerous academic awards and achievements, including Dean’s List, Best Paper, Best Advocate and an Excellence for the Future Award.
Dustin's practice has been devoted to civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels, including personal injury, contract disputes, automobile accidents, workers' compensation, premises liability and other civil matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Dustin also assists clients in probate matters and drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives.Â
Dustin and his wife are members of Fayetteville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, where Dustin serves as a deacon. Outside of the office, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golf, fishing and all things Auburn sports.  Â
