Dustin W. Kennemer

Attorney

Dustin is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a double major in Philosophy and History. He attended law school at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, where he was elected to the Editor-in-Chief position of the Jones Law Review. In addition, he received numerous academic awards and achievements, including Dean’s List, Best Paper, Best Advocate and an Excellence for the Future Award.

Dustin's practice has been devoted to civil litigation at the trial and appellate level, including personal injury, automobile accidents, workers' compensation, premises liability, breach of contract and other civil matters.  Through this work, he developed a passion for helping injured clients navigate difficult times in their lives.  One of the most rewarding aspects of his practice is seeing the relief clients experience when their burden of dealing with insurance companies is lifted and they can focus on getting better. In addition to his litigation practice, Dustin also assists clients in probate matters and drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives.

Dustin and his wife Marisa are members of Fayetteville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, where Dustin serves as a deacon.  Outside of the office, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, golf, fishing and all things Auburn sports.
