Rainer was born and raised in Huntsville prior to heading down to “The Loveliest Village On The Plains”, where he graduated from Auburn University in 2009. Rainer next attended the University of Alabama, earning a Master of Accountancy degree before becoming a licensed CPA for a Birmingham accounting firm. After his time in public accounting, Rainer worked for a startup logistics company before joining a Huntsville-based consulting firm to help advise a wide array of corporate clients on business growth strategy.
During his time as a business consultant, Rainer’s interest in the legal side of business grew until he decided to pursue a law degree. He attended Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham and joined Harrison & Gammons shortly after graduating in 2019. Leveraging his prior work experience, Rainer primarily focuses his legal practice on business and transactional law. His practice spans many areas, from business formations and contract drafting to corporate restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. While Rainer’s primary goal is to help his clients avoid the courtroom, he has represented a number of regional businesses in commercial litigation actions across North Alabama.
Outside of the office, Rainer enjoys golf, travel, time with family and friends, and he has an on-again, off-again relationship with college football due to his beloved, but exasperating, Auburn Tigers.
