    Dustin is originally from Florence Alabama, where he served as a police and SWAT officer before attending law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Following law school, Dustin began his legal career at Harrison & Gammons, P.C. in 2017 after passing the Alabama bar exam. Before joining the firm as a licensed attorney, he served as a law clerk through his third year of law school. Dustin later gained complex litigation experience at one of Alabama’s largest law firms.

    Dustin focuses on general civil litigation including complex civil matters, real property disputes, ejectments from the property, collections, personal injury claims, construction litigation, and contract litigation arising out of complex transactions. Dustin also has experience in eviction matters and maintains an eviction practice representing various property owners.

    Dustin graduated magna cum laude from Freed-Hardeman University with a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and a master’s degree in New Testament Studies. In 2014, he enrolled at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham and graduated cum laude in the top 7 percent of his class. While in law school, he served as a Junior and Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and as a teaching assistant for a semester.
